Residency for In-State Tuition

In-state tuition rates apply to students who have lived in Vermont for one continuous year immediately preceding the date of enrollment.

As part of the Vermont State Colleges system, CCV follows the VSC residency policy.

The New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE) Regional Student Program provides that students from other New England states may enroll in a CCV degree program and pay a special tuition rate of approximately 150 percent of the current in-state tuition, provided that no comparable program is available closer to the student’s home.
