Tuition Waivers for Senior Citizens

Beginning spring semester 2006, Vermont citizens who are 65 years or older are eligible for a tuition waiver at any Vermont State College institution. To be eligible, senior citizens must be non-matriculated (not seeking a degree).

Classes must first attain a sufficient enrollment level, and a senior may not take the place of a paying student in courses with enrollment limits. Senior citizens must pay relevant registration and course fees. Suitable evidence of eligibility must be provided before a waiver can be issued.
