  • Think College is the US Department of Education's section for anyone thinking about attending college.
  • College Net is a general guide to colleges and universities that allows you to browse for a school on the basis of geography, tuition, and majors.
  • US News and World Report online education site that includes rankings of 400 colleges and universities and links to the schools' web sites.
  • College Opportunities On-Line (COOL) is a service of the National Center for Education Statistics in the U.S. Department of Education. This site provides a search engine that identifies institutions that meet user-specified criteria regarding programs, including location and size.
