Self-AssessmentSelf-assessment is the place to start the career development process. The more you know about yourself, the easier it will be to find a career path that is a good fit. CCV courses and workshops help you develop and assess both general employability skills and specific job-related skills. Your results will be in the form of Myers-Briggs Types, and suggestions of appropriate careers are made. Developed by Dr. Lawrence K. Jones, this assessment measures your personality, finds jobs that match your skills, interests, and personality, and then provides links to the U.S. government's Occupational Outlook Handbook to learn more about the jobs that best fit you. |
