Field Experience

Most CCV degree programs require a semester-long internship or field experience in addition to classwork. As part of a course entitled Community & Work Experience, students must complete approximately 80 - 90 hours in a workplace setting, along with 15 hours of class time with other students.

The classroom component includes critical analysis and reflection on the experience in the field. Students must meet with an academic advisor and receive approval before enrolling in the course.
