Steps to Take Before You Graduate!

Access Your Program Evaluation:

1.Log on to the portal https://portal.ccv.edu
2.Go to Web Services (bottom left of the screen).
3.Click on ‘Student Academic Planning.’
4.Click on ‘Program Evaluation.’

Please contact your academic advisor if you have questions about your evaluation.

Complete the Intent to Graduate Form:

If you are planning to graduate, please fill out the Intent to Graduate Form, and return it to your CCV academic center.

Take the Quantitative Reasoning Assessment:

In addition to your course work, you must complete the Quantitative Reasoning (QR) assessment, which is one of the VSC's graduation standards.

The QR assessment will be available beginning October 24.Once you feel prepared, please contact your advisor to schedule the assessment. You must earn level 5 to fulfill the CCV graduation standard for QR.

Preparing for the QR Assessment:

1. Take the online practice tutorial called KeyTrain (KeyTrain Student Manual)
   Contact your advisor for a training password.
2. Complete this practice set (Use this formula sheet with the practice set) .
3. On the day of assessment, you will also have an opportunity to complete practice questions before the actual test launches and you will receive feedback at the end of the assessment.

Join your fellow graduates, and your family, friends and faculty for commencement on Saturday, June 2, 2012, 2 pm at Norwich University, Northfield, Vermont.
