Summer & Fall 2012 Registration

Register April 30 through May 18, 2012 for Summer Classes

Register April 30 through August 24, 2012 for Fall 2012 Classes

AT ANY TIME, REGISTER ONLINE!

To register online, log into the Portal website (https://portal.ccv.edu). Next, go to the Web Services section and follow the links for 'Students' to 'Register for Sections.' If you are unable to register online because of holds on your account or prerequisite issues, you will need to register in person or by phone. (Note: Students who have not completed the admissions process can not register online)

Please Note: Students who receive ADA accommodations should make appointments with their ADA advisors before the semester begins. For a complete listing of ADA advisors.

Financial Aid Information

Now that the spring deadline has passed us by, check out the Summer and Fall deadlines:

Summer 2012: May 18
Fall 2012: August 24

If you are planning on using financial aid, please make sure you complete your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for the school year here. Please check your Financial Aid award on the Portal to make sure you have enough funding to cover your courses. If not, or if you have any other questions, contact the
Financial Aid, Financial Aid office (802) 524-6541. For more information on the financial aid application process, click here.

Note: You must pay your bill in full by the applicable due date or you will be removed from ALL of your classes.

Before you register...

Be sure to set up a New Student Appointment with the front desk so that an Academic Advisor can go over the steps you need to do in order to register.

Steps include...

  • Complete CCVs admissions process.

  • Paying for College:
  • Apply for Financial Aid or make other payment arrangements. See above for payment options and due date information.

    Pay all outstanding CCV bills (or bills from other Vermont State Colleges). You can view your bill and make a payment in Web Services Portal Payments can also be made at the reception desk or by phone (524-6541).

    Verify that all required previous college transcripts have been received. To find out if transcripts are still needed, contact the reception desk (524-6541) and ask to speak with an advisor.

  • Take any necessary Accuplacer basic skills assessments. You can call the office at 802-524-6541 to schedule them.

  • Review your degree program requirements in the CCV Catalog. (new students only) or by running a Program Evaluation in the Portal.Go the the Web Services section and follow the links for Students to Program Evaluation.

  • Plan your proposed schedule of courses.
