LSC’s motto is “The Experiences Make the Education.” Lyndon’s faculty are skilled at linking what you learn in the classroom to experiences outside the classroom. LSC believes that your education is much more than just going to classes – learning is happening in internships, field experiences, and practica, as well as at work. The college’s goal is to link academic theory to actual practice.

Lyndon offers a number of outstanding and unique professional programs within a liberal arts context; careers in business, education, and human services, as well as television studies, graphic design, digital media, and ski resort management are among those available to graduates of CCV.

Lyndon is the only four-year college in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and is here to serve the needs of the Northeast Kingdom. Lyndon provides high quality, affordable bachelor’s degree opportunities to adult students in this region.

A new agreement guarantees admission to Lyndon for associate degree graduates of CCV. In addition to guaranteeing admission to CCV graduates, LSC will also provide academic and financial aid advising, and accept all CCV credits. In most cases, students who follow the curricular pathways in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Business, or Human Services will have completed all the General Education requirements at LSC, and will enter LSC with junior status.
