Payment Options

Payment Methods

CCV accepts cash, checks, and MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express. To pay a bill online, go to the CCV portal, log in and click on Account Summary/ Make a Payment.

Starting fall, 2009, the Vermont State Colleges will offer CCV students a new payment plan, available through VSC Web Services.

Please note that any outstanding bill from the Vermont State Colleges may prevent you enrolling at CCV. Please contact the CCV business office at 802-828-2800 for more information.

Third-Party Payment

An employer or agency may pay a student’s tuition. In some cases, students pay tuition at the beginning of the course and are reimbursed by their employer upon satisfactory completion of the course. Some social service agencies assist clients with college expenses as part of a rehabilitation or training program. Clients of these agencies should discuss financial assistance policies with an agency counselor.

Veterans

CCV is approved by the Vermont Department of Education for Veterans’ education and training benefits. A veteran’s eligibility is established by the Veterans Administration in White River Junction, and the amount of money awarded is determined by the number of credits taken and the number of dependents in the veteran’s family.

Tuition and fees must be paid at the time of registration by the veteran, who is reimbursed by the Veterans Administration during the semester. Veterans taking fewer than six credits will receive reimbursement for tuition only.

Further information can be obtained from the V.A. or from CCV’s registrar. Learn more.

Payment Plan

CCV offered a new VSC-wide payment plan in fall, 2009. The new plan can be accessed through VSC web services. It may not be available in future summer semesters, but will be available for the fall and spring semesters.
